make specific neonatal nursing care overarching medical care in

to facilitate to create a new Blue Ocean inspired professional profile for
Swedish RN’s.
I was afforded
mentorship to doctoral degree in 2004 by a lecturer and a professor.
Hit by rage
by low qualified EU doctor’s and RN’s gaining power from relationship, not
education.
A girl was
killed in 2008 and a boy in 2010, to stop my ongoing project.
Step 1: Planning to start networking in Sweden – to promote research on national level. For each University Hospital (7 in Sweden) to take the lead in research in their regions Goal: to create a solid body of Nursing knowledge To use Action research to demonstrate and prove the process and the importance of nursing science.
Step 2: Planning networking with University Hospitals in the Nordic countries. Connection between all groups, supervisors, nursing teachers, specialized RN’s. Exchange between hospitals, common education and more.
